Charma and Brand fell in love,
but circumstances made it impossible for them to be together. They are
soulmates, but life is never easy. I loved the way this story shows them
falling in love, and then shows that Charma will risk death to save the man she
loves. I absolutely adored that Brand is this uber Alpha male that easily
jumped right back into loving and caring for Charma.
The fact that this is a second
chance romance, gave it a feeling of reality and a healthy dose of heart
because I found myself rooting for these two, and just dying inside for them to
be back together and better than ever.
It’s incredibly sexy and I
really love Ms. Dohner’s take on shifters. She creates and builds on the world
she created in the past books, but the best part it can be read as a stand
alone. I highly recommend this story and I will definitely revisit Charma and
Brand for a happily ever after fix.
